Next week we celebrate the European Quality Week, an initiative born in 1995 at the hands of the European Organization for Quality, which aims to convey the companies and organizations the importance and benefits of good quality management for the competitiveness throughout Europe. XVII . The theme of this edition is "Quality for best impact" and the highlight of the week is November 10, World Quality Day.
In line with the company's constant desire to achieve excellence and provide the best service to customers, Transabadell wanted to “jump on the bandwagon” and organized among employees, from 7 up to 13 November, called: Week Zero Defects. The aim of it is a step further and achieve levels of 100% quality in internal controls (KPI's). Also, on Thursday November 10 Transabadell invited his delegates in Spain to a briefing on "The implementation of quality systems and the importance for companies.
